The 2016 Inverleigh Dachshund Derby attracted more than 70 four-legged entrants, including a few furry non-sausage dog impostors. There were also events for the more sluggish sausages, with fancy dress and tricks categories. No dogs higher than 300mm from the shoulder will be allowed compete in the events. However small dogs of all breeds are also welcome to compete.
