This is going to be morning of healthy fun for the whole family including activity circuits for adults, kids and dogs that will help raise money and awareness for the Dogs' Refuge Home.
At the event there will be two dog focused activities run along with dog related business stalls and food vendors and a Kidz ‘n Sport Zone for children aged 4-12 years old. This is a fully supervised activity area with loads of games and activities to stimulate young minds and burn up energy!
Presented by DogON Fitness, the Dog and You Circuit is a 30 minute circuit for humans and dogs, which includes a variety of cardio and strength movements combined with cone and agility drills to test both owners’ and dogs’ quick thinking skills.

The second dog-focused activity on the day will be the Canine Adventure Course, run by Morley Vet Centre.
This is a course for dogs which includes a variety of fun obstacles for your dog to negotiate.Your registration allows 2 rounds through the course. This section is available to handlers aged 16 years+ (younger children can participate with an adult handler).
There is also a Celebrity Circuit run at 11am.
Simply register into your preferred course (or why not do both) and your fundraising page will automatically be created with a unique link that you can email or share on social media with your family, friends and colleagues. You can even personalise your page with a photo or story sharing what has inspired you to help raise vital funds to help our rescue dogs.
All individuals who raise $250 or more will receive a HIF Health Pack including a yoga mat, beach towel, drink bottle, beanie and cap which can be collected at the event.

Sessions start from 9:30am. Registrations open from 9.00am

Established in 1935, the Dogs' Refuge Home is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the rescue, care and re-homing of dogs. We have a pro-life policy and have around 100 beautiful four-legged friends in our care at any one time. Last year we helped over 1000 dogs and puppies find their new forever home! We are a largely self-funded organisation and rely on the generosity of the community to help us continue rescuing and rehoming Perth's lost, unwanted and abandoned dogs. Thank you for your support.
