BarkFest is back Mother-Puppers! Hosted by The Social Dog Company, Canberra’s most fabulous and dog-centric event of the year is set to return to QT Canberra on Saturday 24th April 2021, from 11:00 am till 3:30 pm.
Founder of The Social Dog Company and event creator, Tatum Brown says that ‘BarkFest 2.0 is expected to be bigger and better than ever before with a line up of activities your dog and you will roll over and die for!’
Think perfectly plated fancy feasts for your pup that would give Gordan Ramsay a run for his money, a Ru Paw Drag race runway showcasing rescue dogs for adoption, 25 doggie stalls, and of course an op-pawtunity for your pups to become the next Picasso at this event's puppy painting station.
Being the biggest day in your dog's social calendar, all puppers are encouraged to dress to impress for the event's Best Dressed competition.
While the day is primarily a fundraising party for pooches, they haven’t forgotten about us two-legged humans.
Guests can secure the best seat in the house with reserved seating on the QT Deck, or for something a little more casual, grab a bite to eat and drink at the Capitol Bar & Grill Stall on their way to a ‘Paint your Pet’ session hosted by local artists Pinot & Picasso.
‘After last year's record-breaking crowds and community support in raising valuable funds for our local rescue organisations, we are excited to put Canberra on the map as being a dog- friendly city' Tatum says.
'It's also really important that we show our continued support for our local rescue organisations that depend on donations to operate', Tatum continued.
100% of funds raised will go to support the Rainbow Paws Program and Greyhound Connections.
Due to Covid restrictions, the event will be split into two sessions, the first from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and the second from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm in QT Canberra’s back carpark and deck area.

Option 1: $30 per person +Booking Fee includes lunch and a glass of house wine.

Option 2: Free Entry with the option to purchase tickets in the major fundraising raffle, valued at $1,084.
