Margaret Keast (Jigsaw Dogs) & Dr Kat Gregory (Creative Animal Solutions Vet Behaviour Services) will discuss the concept of adaptive socialisation as it applies to companion dogs.
Adaptive socialisation refers to the process of learning and developing social skills that allow individuals to successfully navigate social situations and interactions within their environment. It encompasses the ability to adapt behaviour and communication to meet the demands of different social contexts, contributing to the individual's and social well-being. The evening is designed to be an interactive presentation - questions will be welcomed throughout.

October 2 - 5 - APDT Conference 2025, Adelaide (SA)
The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) Australia Inc. will conduct its next Dog Training Conference in Glenelg (South Australia), at the Stamford Grand Adelaide Hotel from 2-5 October 2025.
This 4-day conference will feature international and Australian reward-based, force-free dog training specialists including:
