Wonderdog Simon Says & Talent Quest - July 22

Dogs of all shapes and sizes (and their owners) are invited to Castle Hill Showground (Sydney) on Sunday 22 July for the world’s biggest ever game of ‘Wonderdog Simon Says’.

At least 500 dogs are wanted for the event, which will see Great Danes and fluffy Samoyeds go head to head with tiny Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, rescue puppies, cross breeds, and everything in-between, as the dogs and their owners will be challenged to listen closely and respond to simple, fun commands.

This unique event aims to set a new World Record for the most dogs and owners playing Simon Says - and also raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Celebrity vet Dr Katrina Warren will host the event, which will be a great day for the dog loving community.

Castle Hill Showground will come alive with shows by the incredible Wonderdogs, as well as stalls and demonstrations, and of course Simon Says.

There will also be a Talent Quest, giving proud owners the chance to show off their four-legged friends. Categories include:
  • ‘Smallest Dog’
  • ‘Tallest Dog’
  • ‘Floofiest Dog’
  • ‘Happiest Dog’
  • ‘Best Dressed in Pink’ with great prizes to be won.

Dr Katrina says she’s hoping for a big turn out. “It will be such a fun way to spend a day with your family and your best friend, and to raise money for a fantastic cause,” she says. “This has never been done before so I hope lots of dogs and their owners will come along and be a part of history. We are asking everyone to wear something pink, to show support for the NBCF”
