2019 Dog Courses & Seminars

July 23, 2019 - Road Tripping with Dogs (Webinar)

Join Barbara Hodel, President of the Pet Professional Guild and owner of Goodog Positive Dog Training on a road trip with her two German Short-haired Pointers and her husband.

This trip took them to Mudgee, Tamworth, then north along the New England High Way to Byron Bay and along the coast to Grafton and Nambucca Heads. They discovered a wildlife refuge, breathtaking beaches, a working cattle farm, and the most friendly country and coastal towns. There were more dog-friendly places than they ever thought!

She will show which booking platforms work best for dog-friendly accommodation, how to choose the route and season for your dream trip.

She will also explain how to prepare your dog for a trip, what to take and how to avoid disaster. Holidaying with dogs can be fun, relaxing and enjoyable for all!
