Sydney’s First Dog-Friendly Harbour Cruise Launches this November!

Sea Sydney Harbour is excited to announce the official launch of their Dogs on Deck Harbour Cruise, Sydney’s first-ever dog-friendly harbour cruise experience, officially setting sail on 2nd November, 2025.

Designed especially for dog lovers, this new one-hour afternoon cruise invites guests to enjoy the stunning sights of Sydney Harbour with their four-legged friends by their side. The cruise is limited to a maximum of 20 human guests and 8 dogs, creating an intimate, relaxed, dog-friendly mixer on the water.

Dogs can relax on the open deck in designated shaded areas, meet new furry friends, and soak up the sunshine.

Fresh water and complimentary pup-friendly treats will be provided for all canine guests, while their humans unwind with BYO drinks, grazing platters, and good company.

“We wanted to create something truly unique for Sydney—an experience where dogs aren’t just allowed, they’re on an adventure designed to include them,” said Ann Balzan, Business Manager of Sea Sydney Harbour. “Dogs are family and best friends, and now dogs and their humans can finally enjoy the harbour together in a safe, social setting.”

The Dogs on Deck Harbour Cruise will operate on select weekend dates and is the perfect outing for local dog owners, visitors missing their pups, or anyone looking to enjoy the harbour with a fun, social twist.
