Canine Cup 2020 Online - November 3

The Canine Cup is the Number 1 #NuptotheCup Race that makes the nation 'paws'

Held annually, the Canine Cup is the number one cruelty-free alternative Melbourne Cup Day event that will have tails wagging.

If horseracing isn’t your thing but gorgeous dogs having fun and raising funds for animal rescue is, then join all the fun online on Tuesday 3rd November (from 3pm).

Due to popular demand, the nationwide screening of two pre-recorded races will go live online at the same time the Melbourne Cup race is run.

All the races feature family dogs and Instagram stars running to their favourite human in a big game of recall.

Businesses from all around Australia also register to receive the sweeps slips template and screen the races whilst raising their glasses to ‘The Race That Makes the Nation Paws’.

Celebrate with a sparkling, dressed in your best (or not, it’s online) all in the name of animal rescue and the love of dogs! Dogs have been our survival in these times so let’s cheers to that!

This year's charity of choice is Freedom Hill Sanctuary, who rescue and rehabilitate ex race horses and ex racing greyhounds as well as farm animals, located in South Australia.

The Canine Cup is in its fourth year and is getting bigger every year.
So far, the Canine Cup has raised over $25,000 for animal rescue across all its events.

Starting as an alternative to the Adelaide Cup day, the demand from interstate has been overwhelming and the organisers look forward to dog lovers from across Australia tuning in.

We’re all in desperate need of some good news about now, and in stark contrast to the race that divides the nation, these hilarious races are for the masses.
