Dress your pooch in the scariest, wackiest and paws-itively adorable costume this Halloween “Port’s HOWL-O-Ween”.
On Sunday 27th October 2019, Port Melbourne proudly presents Port’s HOWL-O-Ween from 9:00am to midday, and a Trick-or-Treat Trail for the kids and their pups starting at 11:00am till 2:00pm on Rouse Street, Port Melbourne.
Last year’s successful HOWL-O-Ween saw over 350 pooches and their owners in costumes embark on the biggest Doggy Trick or Treat ever seen!
This year event organisers are expecting the event to be bigger than ever, kicking off with a spooktacular parade down Rouse Street, giving participants the chance to win incredible prizes for costumes and tricks.
After the parade, kids and their pooches can embark on the trick-or-treat trail starting at the haunted jumping castle in Rouse Street!
Registration for the Doggie Trick-or-Treat Parade is $10 at www.3207port.com.au, with 100% of the proceeds donated directly to Guide Dogs Victoria.
Organisers are also looking for clever pooches, party pups and doggone funny dogs to share their talents with Australia.
This Port Melbourne Halloween event will showcase exhibitors, entertainment for young and old, and a series of competitions and contests throughout the morning.
With Rouse Street Port Melbourne having more family canines than any other suburb in Australia this HOWL-O-Ween Paw Parade is sure to be popular amongst the community – where everyone is welcome to bring along their furry friends of all shapes and sizes – it’s an awesome op-paw-tunity to bond with your best friend as well as make some new lifetime pals.
