The Super Furry Festival will return year to Surry Hills in Sydney on Saturday 20th October. This market-style festival brings together thousands of Sydneysiders with animals from various rescue organisations and over the past five years, it has connected thousands of animal lovers to their fur-ever fur babies.
Fairy bread, birthday party games, cake and other goodies will be on offer to celebrate Super Furry Festival’s fifth Birthday Party! Even if you are not a pet owner, there will still be something for you (including some great dog lurking)!
This year's Super Furry Festival will host party games designed for you and your pooch. Featured activities include everyone's favourite Treasure Hunt, stamp your own paw print art and Statues with Sit – you still have plenty of time to prep your dog for the ultimate skills test with fun prizes to be won!
Of course, the highly popular Dog Fashion Show will also return.
Although adoption rates have been increasing over recent times, new approaches such as the Super Furry Festival not only educate people about the importance of adoption but also creates a direct face-to-face connection between the public and these rescue animals.
With the support of the public, the Festival has grown to celebrate all things furry, feathered and scaled!

We are thrilled with the amount of funds we have raised, the awareness we have created for the shelters and of course the number of fur babies we have helped re-home. So bring your dog and your friends to support this great cause and enjoy a fun-filled day at Shannon Reserve, Crown Street, Surry Hills, from 9am-2pm.
