Pawsitive Steps The Hills 2018 - September 2

Enjoy a fun day out with your pooch at the Pawsitive Steps Towards Mental Health event on Sunday 2nd September, 2018.

Join in on one of the fun exercise demonstrations by local fitness groups, attempt the dog obstacles or enjoy a beautiful stroll through Castle Hill Showground. 

Merchandise will be available on the day, along with plenty of dog activities like dog agility and flyball demonstrations and the chance to meet some therapy dogs to keep you and your furry friend happily entertained.


There will be numerous stalls for dog lovers on the day. There are also prizes for dress-ups. Running alongside the dog day activities will be a Health and Wellness Expo including free check-ups, nutrition, physical health and mental health and wellness plus free yoga classes, a photo booth, jumping castle and games.

By registering and attending the event, you are automatically in the running for the prize of a lifetime! Pawsitive have partnered with Power Ford to give participants the chance to win a two-night stay at the Crown Plaza in the Hunter Valley, lunch at Bistro Molines and a Ford Mustang to drive for the trip – all while supporting a great cause!

Pawsitive Steps Towards Mental Health is organised by Positive Vibes Foundation. Their goal is to embrace a holistic approach with targeted intervention programs to address the tragedy of suicide, mental illness and well-being at home, work and in the community.


Come spend the day with your best friend and help fight the stigma of mental illness!

The Wellness Expo is free. Cost for the Pawsitive Walk is $5 (or $20 for five people) and $15 for a family with two adults and up to four children. 
Anyone registered for the Positive Steps event has a chance to win a Hunter Valley experience.
