Conference Venue

Grand Stamford Adelaide Hotel, Glenelg

The 2025 Conference will take place at the Grand Stamford Adelaide Hotel in Glenelg. This venue offers scenic views of Glenelg Beach and the Adelaide Hills.

The APDT has arranged special accommodation rates for conference delegates.

The beachside hotel is on Holdfast Bay, also known as "The Bay," which is popular for its long, sandy beach. It has pubs, cafes, eateries, and boutiques that create a trendy yet relaxed vibe. October temperatures range from 11–21°C, making it ideal for beach walks and dining on Jetty Road. Adelaide is a 30-minute tram ride away, costing $5.

Delegate payment plans

This year, the APDT has introduced payment plans that allow the conference cost to be spread over several months. This option incurs no additional fees, which can help industry professionals manage their finances more effectively without incurring a larger lump sum.

Trade show and sponsorship

One notable advantage of the APDT Conference 2025 is the opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a distinct and influential niche market.

The APDT Australia membership comprises dog trainers, shelter workers, dog groomers, veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other professionals who advise thousands of pet owners nationwide. They serve as an excellent conduit for promoting your products and services.

The trade exhibition, a pivotal part of the conference, provides an exceptional opportunity for maximum visibility. Exhibitors will be prominently featured during all conference catering breaks, ensuring that all delegates can view their products and services.
