Last week, Swanky Paws in partnership with Studio1000 in Penrith have held one of the swankiest VIP doggy parties Australia has ever seen.
The idea of the party was not just to celebrate the launch of Swanky Paws' new line of luxury “Coco” inspired dresses, it was also to support Pound Paws dog charity which focuses on assisting dogs needing a new home and avoiding euthanasia with a portion of sales being donated.
Christa Billich from Real Housewives of Melbourne and her beautiful Pomeranian Charlie headed up a very exclusive list of VIP Instagram famous dogs - with a combined following of over 210,000 - from all across Sydney, who all came together for a very special dog party.
The Swanky Paws “Coco” range includes two stunning prom style dresses, both designed by Instagram famous dog Coco (@coco_the_peekapoo).
The first is called “Simply Coco” - a bright and vibrant pink dress, sure to make any pooch look their best.
The other is the “Coco Lux” dress which is made in a Tiffany style blue and featuring over 100 genuine Swarovski crystals, all hand placed to ensure unrivalled shine. With only 20 made, this is a very limited edition.
The event was a huge success with the paw-rents enjoying champagne and canapés whilst their pooches lapped up the attention in the studio showing all their best angles, wearing everything from Swarovski-covered bows to flowing prom style dresses.

The dogs were even treated to a dog-friendly cake from renowned luxury dog bakery Woof Gateaux as a thank you for all their modelling work.
Mark, the owner of Studio1000 had this to say “You would think photographing 17 insta famous dogs in our studio would be almost impossible! However as a dog-friendly studio it's all part of the unique photo shoot experience we are so well known for. Overall the Swanky Paws event has been a huge success for Studio1000.”
Following the success of last week's event the next one is already being planned on a bigger stage with an even larger amount of famous doggies expected to attend.

Swanky Paws started in March 2019 when their French Bulldog lost all movement in her legs and was on the verge of being paralysed forever because of a spinal issue.
