Dogs' Day Out Floriade 2019 - October 13

Floriade in Canberra wouldn’t be complete without the return of their annual Dogs’ Day Out. For one day only, event organisers invite visitors to bring their four-legged pals to Commonwealth Park.

All pups, big and small, are invited to soak up the sunshine and explore Floriade on Sunday 13 October (only) with speciality stores just for dogs, lots of extra doggy activities and breed group photos, it’s definitely a day not to be missed!

Experience the wonder of the World in Bloom at Australia's biggest celebration of spring.

Featuring more than one million blooms, this floral festival includes a program of hands on workshops from photography classes and nature walks to gourmet cupcake decorating and macramé plant hanger making, music, entertainment and a huge range of Canberra’s best food and beverage producers ready to satisfy your taste buds.

Experience a sensory overload with your pooch as you explore all the sights, smells and sounds of Floriade 2019

Let your pup sniff the tulips, roll on the grass, meet other dogs and their owners, as you help them celebrate all that is great about being a dog!

Pose with your pup in the free photo booth, chow down on delicious delicacies at the Pooch Café or soak up some sunshine as you explore Floriade together.

Remember to keep an eye out for doggie delights dotted around the park.

Pick up a present for your pooch at the Dogs’ Day Out Market or enter competitions for the "Best Dressed" pup to win some goodies.

There will be lots of four-legged fun to be had with activities and demonstrations on offer throughout the day.
