Feeding Guide

The manufacturer's recommendations are only a guide, as your dog's feeding intake will vary depending on its age, breed, current weight and level of activity.

The guideline is to feed 120g daily for a 10kg dog, which worked out at exactly 350g/day for each of our 3 Belgian Shepherds.
We have gone into the habit of feeding them twice daily (morning and evening) and also using slow food bowls to avoid any chances of canine bloat

All of them showed definite interest as soon as the bag was delivered (nothing unusual there) and devoured their allocated portions.

After a couple of weeks, we have had no issues with upset stomachs or modified stools - both are usually a good indication that what you're feeding your dog is not quite right.

Unless you are a "conscientious objector" to all dry kibble, this is a premium quality dog food that will deliver all essential nutrients with no hidden nasties.

What we feel could be improved would be the inclusion of salmon meat (rather than meal) as a second topline ingredient but there are no doubt cost considerations at play.

At nearly $10/Kg, this is by no means a cheap dog food but as with all premium dog foods, you also end up feeding a little lessThe long-term health benefits for your dog should always be the main consideration.

Advice on Storage and Handling

All foods are sensitive to moisture and changes in temperature, therefore to ensure your food stays fresh, it should be stored with the bag resealed at all times, in a cool dry place, away from heat, direct sunlight and/or humidity.

The manufacturer recommends that food is consumed within 30 days of opening the bag.
