An Art Gallery with a Difference
Second Chance Animal Rescue welcomes you once more, to the Paws & Tails Winter Art Gallery on August 26!
After the success of last year’s event which was full of colour, canines, cats and culture, we’d love you to join us at West Melbourne Baptist Church & Community Centre to do it all again!
Featuring the artwork of some of Melbourne’s most talented local rescue dogs and cats and amazing human artists (in some cases a collaboration between the two!)
It’s going to be an incredible evening that celebrates the human/animal bond in a myriad of colours and styles!
Second Chance Animal Rescue established in 2008, strive to be an outstanding animal welfare organisation, through supporting pet owners and caring for homeless and unwanted dogs and cats.
They fulfill this mission by:
✔️ Providing food and medical support to the pets of owners struggling financially.
✔️ Rescuing caring and training sick, injured, abused and abandoned adoptable companion animals and finding them new forever homes.
✔️ Reducing overpopulation of cats and dogs via desexing programs within our community.
✔️ Providing education and resources to the public in all aspects of responsible pet ownership.
✔️ Providing a safe home for the pets of people escaping domestic violence until they can be reunited.

100% of the proceeds from the evening will go toward raising awareness and funds for Second Chance Animal Rescue, allowing us to continue our lifesaving work in the community, helping to rescue and rehome abandoned pets, as well as supporting pet owners doing it tough.
