Mission Paws'ible Pet Brand Helps Save Homeless Animals

How a Pet Brand has Saved Hundreds of Homeless Animals ...

Mission Paws’ible is a small organisation helping rescue, rehabilitate and re-home homeless animals in Bali.

Prue Barber, the founder and designer, has created a pet accessories range with 100% of profits helping animals in need.

How did it all start?

After 12 months of globe trotting Prue Barber landed in Bali where she spent nearly 2 years offering her design and marketing services pro-bono to several animal projects, but she quickly realised the charity model wasn’t quite cutting it

Donations solve problems for a fleeting moment, or for that one animal, but what about the other ten about to come through? So it got her thinking. Why not create a sustainable profitable business coupled with the charity model

She launched Mission Paws’ible in 2015 but what came with every rescue was crippling vet and boarding bills. As the donations supported each case, she needed another stream of income to ensure each month was covered.

Prue designed, sourced and manufactured her pet collection locally with 100% profits helping animals in need.

Mission Paws’ible is not just a brand, it’s a way of thinking! Their online social enterprise sustains their mission to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home homeless animals whilst creating happy paw’rents and pets in the process!

Supporters can choose to help a certain animal, make a general donation or buy something from the online store with 100% profits helping animals in need.

The growing pet accessories range currently includes collars, leads, harnesses, bow ties and beds for both dogs and cats.

They’ve also created the Circle of Giving™ Program which ensures local artisans and their families also profit from their philanthropic work in helping the animals.

Through one idea, one passion and one vision, Mission Paws’ible is growing.

They’ve rescued and rehomed over 200 animals in the past three years and have supported hundreds of other cases through their empowerment and education programs.
