August is officially Pet Dental Care Month!
Depending on the study you refer to, we know that 80-85% of dogs over the age of 3 years have some degree of Periodontal disease.
Experts also agree that the best thing we can do to maintain our dogs' pearly whites is to brush daily! There are also a number of dental dog treats and toys on the market that can assist with preventing plaque and tartar build up.
