Peter Alexander is the “Pyjama King” and has been Australia’s top sleepwear designer for the past 25 years, creating beautiful, unique pieces for his well-known and well-loved brand.

Whilst we’ve been dreaming, Melbourne born designer Peter Alexander, has been building his sleepwear empire and successful business with his creative pyjama, underwear, daywear, and gift wear designs.

In many of his collections, you will see a stunning little sausage dog named Penny who was Peter’s beloved pet, muse, and brand ambassador. Penny has since passed on and Peter has two new pooches, Betty and Butch. Peter’s love of animals lead him to be an avid supporter of RSPCA by collaborating with the charity as an ambassador for animal welfare and creating his own line of RSPCA products.

After struggling with a learning disability throughout school and not gaining entry into University, Peter Alexander began his business ventures with a vision and his mother’s dining room table. His business has since grown into what we know today, with over 50 boutique businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Peter will be sharing his story, passion for animals, and business experience at a High Tea fundraiser to support animals in need at the RSPCA ACT shelter.

The High Tea will include bubbles on arrival, delicious food, a raffle and a silent auction and exclusive signed Peter Alexander merchandise.
